DO YOUR JOB TIMEOUSLY WITHOUT BEING NAGGED

It is with discontent that I write to you from my hospital bed.
On the 11th of September 2015 I was admitted into the Netcare Rand Hospital and I have to say that the level of service I have been getting from the staff has been below average (considering this is a private facility) while a only a handful of the staff are genuinely friendly and efficient, the rest are rude & very lazy.

The incident that lead to this very email is one of today, the 25th of September 2015. At 07:50 I was summoned by one of the nurses to see the doctor as they usually do. I complained to the doctor that I had a runny tummy and he promised to prescribe something for that. I also asked the doctor if I could go to the local spar to make a purchase myself as I only had my card on me and not cash to send the security guards as we usually do, he permitted this through a system called a pass-out.

Upon getting the necessary paperwork for the pass-out with the nurses sorted out, I asked for my medication as the tummy bug was still giving me grief. All this before 10:00. I returned to the nurses counter about 5 times before they finally went to the pharmacy DOWNSTAIRS and give me meds at 15:55. NOT ON!!!
