Do not ever go to Netcare

I was admitted on the 18/11/2018. I was in section 8 ward 5, there was an elderly man who needed to be moved to high care as he wasn't able to be placed in a normal ward due to the things he did , to name a few, he ripped out the d******* his hand without thinking twice and there was blood everywhere, he wasn't able to press the emergency button to be attended to and last but not least, he speaks to himself all night , even with earplugs you could hear him.... i had to play relaxing music on my phone and wear my earphones and i could still hear him.... i communicated this message to the nurses multiple times and their solutions was use the ear plugs. One nurse came with the "best" solution which was lick the ear plugs and push them deeper in the ear.... Netcare, does the need of one patient out way the needs of the few... when i walked out on the corridors,the nurses where sleeping (Tebogo) and she was wearing earphones ( who knows maybe she was trying to ignoring the elderly man), and they are the ones who are suppose to take care of us in our time of need.

I havent been sleeping the last few days due to pain which was not attended to and the elderly guy.

Do not ever go to Netcare.
