Do not answer their phones

St Augustine’s hospital reception does not ever answer their phones. My daughter is in hospital at the moment and no visitors allowed. How is one supposed to check up on your loved ones if the hospital does not answer their phones??? I do not even know if she is out of theatre as I cannot get hold of anyone. This is really bad for a hospital.
