Disturbing Visiting Time
Its unbelievable with the ridiculous service you get from Netcare Garden City hospital. I have been admitted a few days ago and I was advised that visiting hours were 11:00am to 12:00 pm again at 15:00pm to 16:00pm, But to my surprise the rang the bell at 15:00pm and someone was screaming 30 mintues left and again at 15:45 also screaming 15 mintues left. It made my visitors very uncomfortable and they didnt even want to stay long. I think its rather pathetic and that your staff has got no customer service and no respect for people. If visiting time is an hour why do they ring the bell for reminders we not stupid people. In future I will never recommend this hospital to anyone
