Dissatisfied with netcare staff at parklane

I am not happy, my wife is been calling me to say the nurses at parklane aren't helpful. Remember, some patients are first time mother's, however the nurses just sit there at the front and chitchat. They only help with the formula and the rest, leaving the patient see to finish. Than what are we paying for?
