Dissatisfied patient

My mom who is 74 years who's hypertensive has been by hospital reception waiting for a bed since 09h00 and now is 14h08..nothing whatsoever done no sense of concern she's now dizzy and she's been starved for theater the whole day.. This hospital is not different from government hospitals, the admin manager only now seem to be interested in helping now that I had raised the concern, should anything happen to my mom this hospital should be held accountable Poor service delivery
