Dissappointed at Netcare Pretoria East Hospital ER Department

Really Dissapointed with this hospital after service:

My wife was rushed to the emergency department where the doctor who assisted her was very professional. However the staff infront if Emergency Unit needs to be trained to be more professional

When we got the medical bill, items were added to the bill that my wife did not received. We did raised this, where they firstly took over a month to respond to our email reply and raised the outstanding fee. When we finally got feedback they decided to further raise the outstanding medical fee. Scary to think that for 2 stitches, we had to pay over 2000 rand (with medical aid included).

We did pay the outstanding fee although we are not happy, we are STILL receiving emails regarding the outstanding fee. The person handling the outstanding fees are useless at this stage. I will update my review in the near future mentioning has name and surname if this does not get resolved.

If you can rather go to another private hospital. I would strongly recommend.
