Dissapointing Treatment by Sisters

Being someone who has previously been treated by NETCARE when I gave birth to my daughter, and knowing the great service I received from FEMINA last year. I was happy to go to your UNITAs hospital when I was in terrible pain last week Friday as I knew I would get top class care as that is nothing less than what NETCARE is known for. <br> <br> But was I surprised, I felt like I was in a movie. A horror movie, one where you wanted to yell please don't touch me. I was taken to emergency ward with a bad case of cramps, and pain. The sisters who helped me originally were nice and professional. But when I was taken to a bed, the sister who then helped me who must have been on training. She was told to draw blood for screening, which she did, pushing the needle straight through my vein, into a muscle. Leaving the needle In my arm without putting the adaptor end to the needle where the test tube goes in, had blood running down my arm, and then she put the drip in my muscle which ended up going hard and when drip was taken out of my hand they almost ripped it off completely with the needle and didn't try remove it around the needle first so it would come out easy.<br> <br> SO SHOCKED and APPAULED
