Dispensing of Medication at the Linmed Wellness Hospital

The staff in charge have a strong resolve to not hand out medication at the correct times. Even after doctors instructions to dispense at 20h00 , they patently refuse to cooperate. This evening I waited to 21h00 and the reluctance to help in any way is unbelievable. They even maintain that there was no such instruction. We are in a Wellness Ward and need every encouragement to recover from traumatic events. At 72 and paying a high medical aid premium, a bit of respect would be appreciated
