Disgustingly Poor service that can be dangerous

The Netcare Group needs to pay urgent attention to the casualty doctors contracted at Netcare Waterfall Hospital in Midrand. This used to be one of the best services and over the last 2 years service and actual quality of medical consultation has dropped to appalling poor levels it's like they more focused on getting you out the door for next patient to get the bed. We arrived with 12month baby who at home fever was 39.9 we try to lower at home with cool bath water and by time we got to hospital it's still 38.9 with vital signs showing high pulse and bp so triage status was orange. Yet yellow patients were seen before child I had to enquire before child is seen. Then child is not given meds to lower fever and is sponged with damp cloth for over 3 hours. We then told it's viral go home. How can child come in with high fever and we leave with fever still in 38s without doctors actively dropping fever to lower numbers. Mind you at no point does casualty take time to consult with paediatrician on call who specialises with kids. Min you the baby has history of infection of unknown source where bloods showed nothing but yet baby had high fevers. I know casualty is not mean to diagnose the core function is to stabilise that's my concern that the failed at the basic which was seeing child home still with fever. Worse when we go to another hospital child gets admitted to show that we were given poor medical service at Waterfall casualty.
