Disgusting treatment of patients

<p>my father who is 70 had his cell phone ****** within 4 hours of being re admitted. He has been in and out of hospital for the last few months. Staff also wanted to put a clean pillow case over a bloodied pillow which my mother interviened in order to rectify. I will be lodging a written complaint with the hospital tomorrow and have already logged a complaint on the head office site. I will also be calling head office on Monday and seeing the hospital manager as this is totally unacceptable!!!! My father has cancer and is very ill and the staff prey on someone like this? Pathetic, disgusting and inhumane!!!!!!!</p>
