Disgusting treatment by staff

The worst possible experience at emergency unit of ST Augustines. Anyway Netcare DOESN'T CARE!!! Several complaints later they didn't even bother to respond to my complaints and concerns. They employ staff who are ***********. Nurses who care a damn about patients.
