Disgusting treatment at Sunward park hospital

I've been admitted here since friday. I tested positive for covid. We treated like ********* without proper hygienic measurements. We expected to bath at the toilet basin with cold water. I complained sister Vera Greco told me I wont leave the ward if I have a problem I must write an email to management. She didn't even try to show remorse and was very horrible. How are we supposed to heal when we get such disgusting treatment.
