Disgusting Service - Netcare Clinton Alberton

I'd like to express my disappointment in Netcare Clinton Alberton, my wife was scheduled for a c section on Monday the 18th of October and from the moment we walked in the service was poor to say the least, a nurse by the name of Sibongile admitted my wife but had an attitude and a lot to say, we think she had flu because she kept on sniffing and with my wife pregnant I don't think that was very good and hygiene practice as she could have easily infected us with whatever it is she had, 2ndly the information given to patients by the nurses is inconsistent and very confusing to us as patients, 1 nurse would tell us not to give baby formula and keep on breastfeeding while the other nurse insists on giving the baby formula and it seems as if patients don't listen to nurses whereas it's inconsistent information given to us. 3rdly the nurses do not respect patients at all, they make noise in the passage at night while mommies are trying to sleep with their babies, they switch on the light as and how they please and bang the doors and end up waking everyone up including the babies which mommies need to struggle to get them to sleep again. This morning was the cherry on top when I came to apply for my son's birth certificate and had to wait over 2 hours for the person from Home Affairs, the line was ridiculously long and everyone was complaining, they refused to assist my wife on Wednesday and demanded that I be here as well, no one explains anything to us and we expected to know what to do, I am so annoyed and disgusted with this hospital to say the least and don't think my family and I will ever come back here. Can the above issues be addressed if it's not too much to ask because none of the BASIC services that you will claim for from our medical aid were addressed.

Looking forward to hearing from you although I'm not holding my breath.
