Disgusting service from Renee Van Heerden

Very disappointed with the admin staff at Netcare hospital Kuils River. The lady who assisted me was Renee Van Heerden. She is very unprofessional, I was told by my medical aid that the hospital was supposed to call for an authorization number to process a payment that was due for my son's visit in the casualty facility. They sent me a bill that was not processed correctly and this is not the first time. Last time I just left it as I simply did not have the energy to fight with these people and I told myself I would not go back. The only reason I went this time was due to convenience( I live 5mins away). I will now never be returning as this lady decides to tell me that I should use a different hospital if I am not happy with this place. Why not work on fixing how the place is run? Instead of chasing paying clients away. It's really so disappointing to have had such an interaction with a member of your staff. She is not pleasant at all. I had to wait as she than shifted owner ship of my query to a different member of the staff. He did not even acknowledge me and was too busy on the phone to be bothered by my presence. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
