Disgusting service Dr Thembi Ndlovu - Olivedale Clinic

I have been seeing Dr Thembi Ndlovu at Netcare Olivedale Clinic during my pregnancy.

I have been to her for 4 appointments now and am absolutely appalled at their service.

On every visit I have have been there on time for my appointment and have had to wait for an hour and a half upwards to be seen.

Firstly there is no service from her receptionist as she is always unable to help answer questions on anything even the rates charged at the practice.

Then to be treated so terribly by Dr Ndlovu herself during my 25 week appointment. We had been waiting an hour and a half for the doctor and had to leave to go back to work, when her receptionist came out of her office I asked if we could go in yet. I was told no they are busy.

The door was open at this point irritated I popped my head in and asked the doctor if it was going to take much longer because we had to leave. To which she said we can come. I voiced my opinion on the lack of communication from her receptionist and that this has happened on every visit and we just can not come and sit around for an unknown amount of time.

Dr Ndlovus response was that she is going to write up a summary and I can go find another Dr as she will never be on time.

I am absolutely shocked, needless to say she completely ruined my appointment as I spent it with high anxiety and in tears as she did the ultrasound.

What a waste of my money and time using Dr Ndlovu. I wont be going back and the search for a gynecologist that works with my medical aid starts again.
