DISGUSTING SERVICE !!!!!

THE LINMED HOSPITAL Words fail me right now as I'm not sure how to explain what happened to our family tonight and how my sister was treated by the staff in "The Medical Ward" Day shift today at The Linmed Hospital. Disgusting is an understatement. Tonight my sister lost her husband, a terminally ill patient booked into Linmed Hospital last night. My sister wasn't even allowed to say good bye to him after he was rushed by ambulance to the hospital. When she got to the hospital she was refused access to him because he was in, PUI (Patient under investigation) where they clear you for Covid. She did not get to speak to him again as he went into a coma. The Linmed demanded a deposit of 124k upfront for ICU only for my brother in-law to be put into the medical ward. The staff inside the Medical ward were to say the very least completely cold, heartless, had no compassion or sympathy to my sister while her husband lay in a cold room dying. Its as if because you are terminal they do not give a rats ass about you. Put you into a room , and as they told my sister... "let us know when he is gone and please take the time of death " ... WTAF !!! The family gathered to be around him in his last hours yet we were asked to leave a few hours before his last breath. One nurse in particular reprimanded my sister like a child because she happened to know the pin code to let herself out the ward, because they scream the pin code to each other accross the passage and when you need to go out there is never anyone at the main desk to buzz you out, and they simply told my sister that there is no one at the desk so she must wait and they had the audacity to reprimand her. They didn't even have to courtesy to explain to my sister what was happening to her husband while he lay there gasping for air. She was reprimanded again by this same nurse because she stood at the door saying goodbye to her son. Now my sister being the gentle hearted person she is and the fact that she was completely broken just accepted this rude obnoxious behavior. They are quick to take your money but their service has gone to the dogs !!! The hospital itself is starting to look tired, the maintenance is poor. The paint is peeling off the walls, the emergency button in the one bathroom was pushed into the wall and a couple of boards hang off the walls.To be honest i feel embarrassed to call it a private hospital. It makes you wonder what you are paying for. When we asked why he wasn't on a heart rate monitor we were simply told there is only one machine for the whole ward.
