Disgusting service and Zero maintenance

I have an elderly AUNT ( 83 ) who has just had a hip replacement on Tuesday and you cant believe the state of the service delivery and general environment at the Union Hospital.<br> This used to be a flagship hospital years ago and I am sorry to say its close to a provincial govt concern.<br> <br> Patient left for more than half a day without water never mind not feeding them lunch after returning from high care ward.<br> 28 DEG in the ward air conditioning not working. windows had to be opened and A malfunction water pump just outside the ward window sounds like a generator in the ward. bearings faulty and shaft not aligned.<br> nursing staff informed me this pump has been like this for months. air-con also not working for a while.<br> <br> I wonder if medical aids ever inspect these institutions that they pay a fortune too because clearly this Net-care group aren't spending it where it should be spent. maintenance and service provides a comfortable and speedy recovery environment for patients.<br> <br> its a totally disgrace and the management should be ashamed to deliver the to the Net-care medical hospitals if this is the way they are going.
