Disgusting service

I have been admitted to the isolation centre at the Olivedale Hospital. The nurses when I checked in yesterday were incredibly rude. The nurse that attended to me last night was a lot more helpful. I was not given any dinner. I buzzed the nursing assistant and requested that I be given some dinner. They very helpfully ordered me a sandwich from the restaurant. To ensure that I got breakfast this morning I buzzed the nurses at around 7 o’clock in the morning. The nurse came through and I asked her if i would be served breakfast. She arrogantly asked me had i ordered breakfast. I am in the isolation unit What am I supposed to do? Take my drips and walk down the passage looking for somebody to order breakfast from outside the isolation area? She told me that the breakfast would be served at between 8:00 and 8:30. Finally now a nurse came in and said she would try and help. But I just think the attitude of the nurse on duty in isolation at this point in time is absolutely disgusting and as a paying client I expect at least a bit of service. I’m not on the meals distribution list not for breakfast not for lunch not for supper not for nothing so am I supposed to find somebody. I’m in isolation for goodness sake.
