Disgusting Service

The service of the admin staff is disgusting, specifically Stienie Van Den Berg.

My father was critically ill and we sent him to Netcare N1 City, as he didn't have medical aid payments had to be made up front and bearing in mind this happened in July already.

I received an email for a refund of over R3000 and I had to submit documents which I did and I was told it would take 5 business days and that was 3-weeks ago and the money hasn't been paid.

My father has passed on already and I am still waiting on my refund, when I ask for feedback, she simply couldn't care to even respond

My next step would be report this company to the financial ombudsman.. this is actually ridiculous !!!!
