Disgusting Night Service!!!!!

When you enter the Pretoria East Hospital there is a sign that states that the hospital is the best hospital for the past 5 consecutive years. If this is true then please explain why the night service is so terrible? My father had an ankle operation on the 10/10/2018. We were waiting in the waiting room for him and were informed that he was already wheeled out of theatre so we came to his room only to see another man in his room? They eventually took this man to his correct ward but also took my Dads foot pillow with them which had a sticker labeling my dads details. So for over half an hour we kept on asking for the pillow because his doctor gave strict instructions to elevate his foot immediately after he comes out of theatre. The nurse kept on saying they are bringing it - did you have to make the pillow?!?!!! The nurse decided to make excuses and become snappy with me when all I was trying to explain to her was that I am trying to make my father comfortable before we leave!!!! They didn’t even bring him water and I had to fetch that for him. They said he had to wait for 30 minutes before he could eat but 40 minutes long past and my poor Dad who ate last at 08:00 am still did not get his food even after buzzing the nurse and asking for it. It is now 21:00 pm and we are still waiting for his food and still waiting for his pillow!!!!!
