Disgusting Dr Service

Doctor who gave a problem: Dr HR Bhaga( Gastro doctor) To whom it may concern I went in on Saturday(04/06/22) to casualty because I wasnt well at all with tummy aches,nausea ,body aches and diarrhea. I was treated extremely well by the casualty staff, they took good care of me and made sure I was seen too. Bloods were taken from me on Saturday.I left from there Saturday late afternoon just to return on Sunday feeling much more sick with no progress. Iv seen 2 doctors in casualty which the 2nd Dr advised me to rather be admitted as I was not well at all. I was placed in medical ward 2nd floor Not knowing who is my Dr treating me was and for what condition/illness I was experiencing.

No results of blood were given back . Upon request only was I than told that my bloods are gone and will be cultivated and this process will take 72 hours, which I still never knew the outcome of.

Tuesday morning another lot of bloods were drawn and not explained why and also not knowing about the previous bloods taken.

No Dr had come to see me since Monday morning until I reported the matter to the unit sister Tuesday , as I have requested who is my Dr...I than found out it's Dr HR . BHAGA. The gastro Dr. Being a patient at a Netcare Facility, this was a terrible experience. Files were being confused with patients as well as medication between the ladies in the same ward. I felt lying there not knowing what is actually going on . Not seeing a Dr present as normal was a concern . Medication and drips were just given to me while I still remain in the dark about what's happening to me. Cortisone was given to me which was not supposed to be given to me, that was for the patient next to me(Dr Roland's patient) ,had I not noticed the swelling in my face, something terrible could have gone wrong . This mistake falls under patient neglect and malpractice. There was witnesses that was there to see what I had gone through. So after much waiting for an entire day my family decided to enquire about my progress,which was than referred to the head station master which spoke to me and assured me that the Dr would see me first thing Wednesday morning at 8am . He than arrives at past 10 with arrogance and a really bad attitude asking me what's my problem?? To my surprise he should know this as he is treating me. He **** to me saying he saw me on Tuesday and assisted me but the nurse that was present at the time made it clear that she was day off on Tuesday. He than took my file got even more angry and stormed out saying he will ****** DISCHARGE HER!!! The patient sharing the room with me tried to tell him that he definitely had not visited me yesterday. So my concern is that my medical aid is a service provider which I pay for ,to receive this type of service is *********. That Dr should not even practice at all seeing the way he has treated me. I'm still not yet briefed on anything yet I'm discharged. My bloods that were cultivated???? Cortisone that was mistakenly given to me?????my current condition at the moment??? How can this be called Netcare??? Is my medical aid a credit card??? To be billed eventually with no service provided . I'm hoping that this matter will be resolved otherwise I will be taking this matter up with Sizwe Medical Aid as well as the Medical Board. Guys be careful when being admitted in Mulbarton especially with Dr HR Bhaga.
