DISGUSTING COMMUNICATION

I had a problem with NETCARE changing the hospitals used on the Bonitas Select Medical Aid. Netcare changed the selected hospital to ones very far away from the one selected near us & being near our house plus we have all our specialists there. Our selected hospital is Netcare Sunward Park which is in Boksbu4g & this apparently is not longer a Select hospital. Select hospitals are in Alberton & Linksfield which are far away from Boksburg. When you are SASSA pensioner with transportation problems being close to home is important. Also trying to replace trusted specialists of 40 years is impossible. NO COMMUNICATION FROM ANYONE EITHER BONITAS OR NETCARE. I emailed Dawie at Netcare several times no response to try & get answers. If you are unaware of the changes you will get hit with a 30% shortfall which will give you a heart attack & spending more time in hospital.
