Disgusting behaviour and excuses

I have just jad a very very negative experience and bad service only to find nurses complained about me complaining while a cleaner in childrens ward was found hiding behind matresses on the phone talking loudly. We had spent until 12 trying to keep our kids asleep only for me to discover her. Head nurse came to me to explain her 19 year old son had been arrested and she is distrought. There is a staff room and surely a protocol for thos. This behavior is unacceptable amongst other complaints I have. I am now to find out tjat due to my complaints about lack of service and understanding as is the code I was complained about!!!!!!!!!
