Disgusting and disrespectful

My wife passed away at Netcare Mulbarton hospital on the 3rd of August 2021. Yet today I checked her email and she received an email from a Tlou... saying please find attached statement for your perusal. Are records not updated? This is absolutely disgusting...you guys have been paid 195k for treatment and my wife still passed away, yet you guys are still chasing money. I am the main member of the medical aid so why is this nonsense happening.
