Disgusting

My second time to this hole and surely the last. As patients, we spend a lot of money to be in a proper facility and would therefore expect good service with that. Mavis in ward D firstly chased us out as a familily member was admitted. Having explained that we would like to spend time with this familiy member as 6 months earlier we lost another due to the same procedure, we were still refused. We were forced to sit outside for 4 hours until they rolled him to theater to which we had to say our goodbyes and goodlucks.<br> Then wanting to leave is another disaster. We were told that we could just get a slip to return, but when we got back we received the slip but refused entry as it was 5 minutes to visiting hours. After having made a slight scene we were allowed in.<br> <br> Come on guys, this is not how you treat people. Especailly after our pleads to spend time with the familiy member. <br> <br> Having checked previous complaints, I know the reply will be a paste and copy. Just goes to show the level of customer service. None what so ever!!!<br> <br> Thanks to the theatre staff for their professionalism as always. Maybe Ward D could learn something....
