Disgusting

Hi there

I am actually busy getting all my last nerve in a twist now... We have just received a call from the lawyers saying our account for the above complaint of R2000 was not paid and ita been handed over we have not been contacted and according to me our medical aid paid everything... Now we get handed over yet we have NOT RECEIVED adays emails or norifications.. How doea this work and how ia this possible... My husband was in hospital and we get accounts now and handed over... Can this please be sorted out like i said why do we have just issues and thw service was horrific and still nothing was done and we have to pay R2000 foe needlea and bloods on beds, please explain this to me, as thia will NOT be left, this is NOT fair at all!!!!! I have physical photo evidence this is disgusting and a health risk thats clearly not taken lightly
