Disgusted Patient

The worst experience ever. The nursing staff is so neverminded. The doctor has discharged me at 11am, I have received my meds to take home at 12.30. An hour and a half later. Everytime I asked how was my meds, I received an abrupt and rude response from Sr Jocy at the Medical Ward. She has no way of speaking and utterly rude. I have eventually received my meds, I then asked her to explain the meds to me as most of the meds given to me was not given during my admission at the hospital. She rudely said, " has the doctor not explained to you? You should know what meds you supposed to take." When I asked for the name, she refused to give it. She grabbed my phone and threw it was I wanted a picture of her name tag. As a result my phone has a Crack in its screen. When I approached the other nurses, they refused to direct me to their management. The porter had to direct me to the receptionist in which she politely given me the details. This is absolutely disgusting. To be treated like that in a so called private hospital, infact in whether it is private or government to be treated like that is disgusting period. I will never recommend Netcare Kuilsriver to anyone. The toilets were just as dirty, **** all over the toilet and shower in the ward.
