Disgusted by Netcare & Dr Mbala

Terrible! Terrible service at the Netcare Akasia private clinic. Over 24hrs and the Dr hasn’t done any round checks FOR THE DAY!!!! My nephew is literally fighting for his life and there isn’t much the sisters can do without the auth of Dr Mbala who doesn’t have any sense of emergency!!! I’m disgusted by this Dr and the poor service as we had to request that the child should be moved to the other ward as the one he was in was cold and the aircon wasn’t working, had to request for his pillow. WTH are the people in Netcare doing with our money? This is bull**** at its best
