<p>i am absolutely shocked and disgusted at netcare 911 ambulance services.</p> <p>on the 18/12/2016 my sister in law suffered a heart attack and passed away, my brother dialled 082 911 for medical assistance as she was not moving and needed emergency help immediately, netcare 911 advised they were sending an ambulance and a confirmation sms was sent to him.</p> <p>its been 12 days we still waiting for an ambulance, my sister in law in no more due to netcare not responding.</p> <p>do you guys even know what this has done to us?</p> <p>if only you came at the time when we needed your assistance something could have been done.</p> <p>my blood boils thinking about this, i work in the medical industry and trust me i will never recommend you to anyone and trust me this is just the start of how i expose you.</p> <p>i fail to imagine how many other people suffered the same like how we did.</p> <p>the ambulance never pitched up nor did anyone from netcare contact us</p> <p>whats your ****ing excuse?</p>
