I took my wife to Netcare Olivedale Hospital when she was in labour and was going through the admission process when the staff found reason to suspect that she might be infected with a contagious disease and instead of handling the situation with delicacy, the night manager, one Diana Hattingh started calling my wife all sorts of names and insulting her to her face for supposedly using the wrong entrance to the hospital, this abuse went on until my wife was in tears, a medical professional should know better than to dish this kind of treatment to a pregnant woman, is this the kind of treatment the leadership at netcare is trained to give? All that money I paid just for my wife to be treated like a second class citizen, so disgusting!
