Discriminating and unprofessional service

<p>On the 4th of July 2016 my 63 year old mother went to the Poly Clinic in Jeffreys Bay in hopes of consulting and a doctor and getting medication for her hypertension. She was not given the chance but rather rudely refferred to a "public clinic". My mother has a Medical Aid and also had cash in case she would need to use it. The woman behind teh counter was not helpful at all or investigate further to help my mom instead was ****** and discriminating towards my mom in that she assumed she does not have a medical or she wouldnt be able to afford private clinic costs. It was utter disrespect nmore than anything. Clicks Pharamacy saved they day. Thanks you Clicks for stepping up.</p>
