Disappointment
I went to see a gynae at parklane hospital on Friday the 1st of Oct 2021. Walking towards the entrance of the hospital, there is a huge yellow bar across the paving that is not all noticeable, and is very unexpected when walking towards the entrance of the hospital....I tripped walking towards the screening centre. In then saw the gynae and walked toward my car, and tripped once again....when I got to my car, realized that I forgot to take my parking ticket with me, so I had to walk back yo pay for my ticket....only this time I fell so hard....over this yellow thing they have across the paving...I hurt my entire left side of my body, and this was after I had a biopsy done on my left breast, the night before....I hurt my left leg, my shoulder, my knee and knocked my left breast and today I am laying in pain bruised from the fall....lucky no broken bones....when I was helped up after falling , one the security people directed me to.management office, and to my shock and horror, one of the managers apologized, but laughing at me while apologizing.....I don't think I have been so disappointed at anything or anyone in my life.....I am waiting for my biopsy results , either way, I will have to have a lump removed at the hospital soon....this us do scary, because I'd management an laugh at you when u get hurt at the hospital, how can I trust having a lump removed in my breast at the hospital.....scary thing is, the manager I spoke to and the people that helped me after I fell told me,that they had previous complaints and that yellow bar is still there???
