Disappointing unacceptable treatment

Firstly I had an injury and one of my foot. I went to Netcare Union Hospital in Alberton under 12 of May in the afternoon around 6:30.
Dr Stephanie at the emergency section treated me and informed me that I will need to see an orthopaedic.
Firstly she didn’t tell me that I will be admitted. She brought an impression that the orthopaedic will come to attend to me at the time. She also made an impression that the doctor will be contacted because she said that night he wasn’t in.

At a time when they took me to the ward. The nurse informed me that its too late. They can’t call the doctor. He will only be contacted the following day after 6:30 am. I mustn’t eat anything. From that time the following day. I was left without food. till 2pm Saturday the 13th May.

After the operation this is where lots of issues took place:
The nurse who was with the doctor that Saturday told me that I Have been discharged in two hours when I wake up and I must be ready to leave. I woke up at 16:35. Until 18:50 no one was attending to me. I then pressed the alarm For the nurses to come and remove the drip. One nurse came and told me someone else will come to disconnect it. Again they left me unattended until 19:15.
After I went to the reception.

 The nurses informed that unfortunately my file was not signed out that I am being discharged. So I can’t be discharged. I MUST THEREFORE Go back to my bed. That time I was ready to go.
 MY file didn’t have x-ray picture
 I was also discharged without the first aid shoe and I had to walk painfully with my bare foot the rain. It was so cold and I was so weak that time just came out of the drip.
 It was also not explained tome how the wound should be treated.
 I was not also giving a bandage to change for the wound. That was completely unacceptable. Unprofessional and so carelessly done.
 When exit I was informed that was supposed to obtain my medication However that didn't happen. I had to go to the chemist and collect it.
 I was also not informed when should I go back to work

On Monday I phoned the doctor's office and I was informed that my next appointment is in two weeks but I need to come and collect my sick note which would be ready on Wednesday. After collecting my sick note I was informed that my next appointment is on the 26th of May 2017. Dr Younis office.

There after the lady at doctors office phone me on the 22nd of May 2017 and informed me that I cannot see the doctor because he is not available but my stitches were to be removed on the 26th so I refused and I said I need them to be removed that day and she said the doctor will not be available.
Almost R33000 has been claimed in my medical aid with completely no proper services provided I am completely so dissatisfied and so DISAPPOINTED with the service that NETCARE Union Hospital ALBERTON. provided no patient deserve to be treated as I was treated.
