Disappointing service received from one of the best hospitals

"Hello Peter,

I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at Netcare Umhlanga Hospital during my recent visit.

Despite being in intense pain, I was left unattended for an extended period after triage, with no one to assist me or respond to my needs. The lack of compassion and attention from the hospital staff was unacceptable, particularly given my diabetic condition.

While I appreciate the doctor's efforts to attend to me, the discharge process was rushed, and I was given inadequate guidance and support. The absence of follow-up instructions and care was disappointing, leaving me feeling uncertain and concerned about my future health.

I hope that Netcare Umhlanga Hospital will take my feedback seriously and implement changes to improve the quality of care and service provided to patients.
