Disappointed in the treatment we got at Netcare Alberton

I took my son to Netcare Alberton on Sunday the 23rd of June. Everything was done fast and effectively from reception and the nurses who check vitals on arrival. We got to the ward in casualty and we were attended by nurse called Thandeka, who explained what would happen next and gave my son a pill that helps stop nausea. Dr came eventually checked my son's chest with a Stethoscope (only thing he checked) he left and said we need to wait and see if he'll vomit again after a rehydrate, Dr left and never came back. We were later given the medication script with no explanation as to what is what. We asked for sick note as we needed to stay and look after the baby the following day, we were asked to wait again for the Dr after waiting for an hour just to be told we need to leave.
