Disappointed and angered by Dr Mirza at Garden City

I’m very disappointed in Dr Mirza from Garden City Hospital in Mayfair. I was admitted and Discharged BUT I can’t even get my doctors letter because I need it for work. I have been calling for TWO WEEKS and his secretary has been lying to me since. She keeps saying the doctor will get back to me, the doctor is going to do it for me “today” ( it’s been two weeks)

What angers me is that the doctor needs to JUST SEND MY NOTE! It doesn’t take an hour to right a doctors note!

My job is on the line and I need the doctors note! The worst part is that they don’t even answer their phones. It seems like they are ducking and diving!

It angers me!
