Dirty ****** needles on floors and bed side
We had the most horrible experience from 14 January to 16 January 2020 at the Mulbarton hospital.... We were ignore by staff for pain meds even though my husband crentched from the pain.... Then they tell us the nurse left with the key they cant give my husband meds.... After 4 hours he eventually got some... The dr only came 1 a day and never explained really what was wrong with my husband.. He was discharged yesterday with all the scans and reports... Our house dr actually told us what was wrong and yet he was not the spevialist on duty or that worked with my husband... The ward had dirty needles full of blood lying on the floor, the bed remote cord was also full of blood... I took pictures... The needle dispensary was full of needles lying o top of the bin, not even disposed off.... It was the dirtiest experience and the most horrific 3 days in hospital... This has not been the first time, but it surely was the last time i woyld ever put my feet in that hsopital or refer someone there... Never in my life have i moaned about the other hospitals like the clinton and union hospital. This was worse then a government hospital. They drain your medical aid to stay 3 days and still no answers and my house dr needs to call me... This was terrible.... I will refer him to another dr and i will make sure to post pictures to show how dirty this hospital was..
I am actually busy getting all my last nerve in a twist now... We have just received a call from the lawyers saying our account for the above complaint of R2000 was not paid and ita been handed over we have not been contacted and according to me our medical aid paid everything... Now we get handed over yet we have NOT RECEIVED adays emails or norifications.. How doea this work and how ia this possible... My husband was in hospital and we get accounts now and handed over... Can this please be sorted out like i said why do we have just issues and thw service was horrific and still nothing was done and we have to pay R2000 foe needlea and bloods on beds, please explain this to me, as thia will NOT be left, this is NOT fair at all ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? ????
I have physical photo evidence this is disgusting ???? and a health risk thats clearly not taken lightly
