Digusted service from N17 Hospital

on the 1st April i went to the N17 Netcare Hospital, for a check - up. since i have been getting migraines(headaches) for the past week. Arrived at the reception for booking,blood pressure was taken, The guy by name of Jabu took my ID and Medical aid to check if i had funds on my medical aid. and confirmed. Waited for almost 45 minutes to be attended by the doctor with no communication frm the staff on the hold-ups. I ended up passing out on the chair i was sitting for almost 15 minutes. When i woke up i noticed that there was another patient(white) bitten by dog. In which he didn't follow the procedure of checking whether he had funds on his medical aid,neither did they make him fill out the paper work. He was attended by the doctor immediately. At that time am still waiting with no attendance from any of the staff on duty.

I decided to leave coz now its been an hour and these headaches were getting severe. Only now they wanted t know why am i leaving, explained to Jabu that i decided to take my kids to their grandma(Excuse) and will come back. He promised to call and confirm the appointment, in which he never did a follow-up. It took me almost 45 minutes to get my place, coz i had to stop every now and then coz i couldn't see on the road.

5 days later am still waiting for the follow up call. Now i understand most of the people around springs use Benoni and Dawn Park hospitals, as the N17 service sucks.
