Didn't check my baby out

Arrived at the emergency casualties with my 1 month old baby at exactly 12:37 ,26/11/2024 had phlegm on her chest ,coughing and struggles to breath at night, DR didn't even listen to her chest or physically check her, WAS TOLD TO TAKE MY MOUTH AND SUCK THE PHLEGM OUT HER NOSE, WAS TOLD TO BUY A SUCTION TOOL THAT I NEED TO SUCK OUT HER NOSE, WHY AM I PAYING ALL THIS MONEY JUST FOR THIS DR TO LOOK AT HER WHEN MY DAUGHTER HAS LABOUR BREATHING. This DR just looked at my baby and said she was fine, y'all didn't even do a proper check if she was okay, tells me if anything happens I need to bring her back , I'm ever so sorry I trusted the service at this place. Child is sick at age of 1 month today and all your DR did was look and say there nothing wrong with her, utter pathetic service and quick to take money. If anything happens to my daughter I will be taking it further as The DR refused to check my kid and gave me a discharge letter, no Letter to state I was there
