did not see to me properly

I made it clear in a emergecny in nedcare that see to me properly,I tol$d them every think they need to know,they told me that I must just carry on using tablets I have, the attack was getting worst so. I explained my doctor he told me that I chould have died if attach get worst,they should have given me a injection which they did not,even medicne they did not give.and medical aid claims that er consultant or nedbank did not even process a claim
