Despicable service -

I visited Netcare Pholoso Pharmacy with a prescription for medicine. I was initially met with friendly staff but with very slow service, which I am sure can be explained, I was taken from point to point from 12pm until 16pm and still did not get serviced. At that point I decided to leave the place because I had felt an overwhelming amount of anger that would have caused me to act out of character.

Consulting review sites shows that service is not a valued aspect of the business.
