Despicable service

Terrible. Had to visit here while on holiday. We paid way above what the usuall medical aid rate even though we had medical aid, we needed to pay cash. The issue is though that they still charged our medical aid and then also notified us that we overpaid and that we required a R300 refund. To get this refund I have had to jump through hurdles, complete the same form numerous times, send proof of bank docs, then stamped bank statements. And still no refund, what’s next ? a colonoscopy just to check if we are actually who we say we are. Shame on you Netcare, you only care about money, nothing else, and then ***** our money too ?
