Department of home affairs

I gave birth at Netcare Pretoria East. The home affairs department was such a let down. From my duration I stayed at hospital we struggled to get assistance from the home affairs to register our baby. We got discharged and were told to come the next Monday. Monday when we arrive the doors were locked and with no indication of when they would open.
