Denied seing a sick baby
I get to the hospital to see a sick child and I'm told only grandparents are allowed to visit kids. Further instructed to ask the mother to carry a very sick child who's on drips to the visitors room. The child was criticalcritically ill. I can't believe the level of insensitivity and the stupid visitors room has one single person'person's couch.
