Delighted

So I got a call at around 3am on Friday morning 3am from my dad to learn that my diabetic mother is unresponsive. Obviously panicking my dad requested I call an ambulance as he has no medical background and did not know what to do. I called Netcare 911on 082911 and I spoke to a getlman named Paul (I think) who was very supportive when taking my call. He despatched an ambulance arrived at the house in good time, the paremedics on the scene was very professional and make no mistake knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. They attended to my mother who was in an insulane coma and in no time she was back to her full consiousness. I am not sure about the names but if you could please go back on your records and extend our gratitude to the call centre agent as well as paremedics who attended to a call on the 8th Jan 2016, between 3am and 4am to the De Waal family at 33 Railway Road Kuilsriver - God Bless
