Delay of Sick Note

It was on the 22/06/20115 where I was seen by Doctor Maloney at Milpark Hospital, where I was booked of from the 22 to the 25 June where doctor confirmed I should get better however if not I should come back, which I did go back at Milpark Netcare Hospital on the 25/06/2015 and I was told he was not Inn for the day I must come back on 29/06/2015, I went and I was told his not available, I then asked to have his contact number. I should check with Garden City, which I did , until I got to a receptionist at Milpark Jody who managed to understand my frustration and explained to me how doctors operate. working in after all the run around I made being in pain until I got it right only last week, and I was told he will be at garden city on the 24/08/2015 I called and asked to speak to him, his P.A advised my query , and today the 25/08/2015 I follow and am being told that doctor wont be giving me sick note. of the other week where I was home and still recovering. It was quick for my Medical Aid to be debited however when I explain the misunderstanding I had its now difficult to assist, had I known I should seen a different Doctor at Milpark.
