default even after arrangement

<p>In April after my wife was discharged from Alberton Union Private Hospital I received letter of demand stating outstanding bill of R970.00 then I send it to discovery for payment. In June 2016 I received another similar letter I then called discovery asking why this bill isn't paid by medical aid, I discovered the bill was for the administered medication and it's not covered by medical aid. I was puzzled as I was not aware of that. I call the hospital to ask why and i was told your are expected to pay any outstsanding bill. I made payment arrengement with their accounts department to settle the bill with three instalments as I bread winner.
