Defamation of Character, Harrasment. Violation of my right as a patient

Fellow south Africans I'm asking for your advice.. I was admitted in netcare hospital in 2016 and my account was short paid because the hospital incorrect bill my account, later in 2016 I received a call from them I then immediately contact my medical aid to find out what was the problem for them not to pay the account sicelo from gems tell me that the hospital incorrect bill the account I then went back to them they said their case manager will call me but to date no one call in 2017 I went again for asking how far are they with the case but attitude was given to in 2018 I was chase out of net care hospital they said they can't admit me because I owe them remember I'm sick I need help but they chase me away I was said but that was not enough until sheriff's come to my place for him to attach my assets and they have file judgement in my name so I'm seeking for advice and attorneys who can assist me in opening case against them. And on top of that i went to their office t For us to resolve the matter nothing has happened to date so i need them to answer all my qiestion and to pay for what they have done to me .
