Cruel nursing and care in private hospital setting.

I was admitted at Netcare Linksfield hospital via casualty department. While the care in the ICU department was both good and bad, the service in section E was the worst. The nurses seem to think they own the patient. They speak above me and while I am vulnerable and weak, they are vindictive and ready to fight. You cannot ask for anything without a challenge from them. Not sure whether they think they are paying my bill. Their own staff know who these vindictive person's are. I had good service from some staff who tried to motivate me, but those that made me hurt even more during this trying time, made it painful. Just to get a space that is warm enough to sleep in is difficult. The management say they have technical difficulties to maintain the temperature in the ward. The food cannot help you to heal, instead you might not eat and sacrifice yourself to take the tablets. I doesn't seem to be about nursing care or Care at all, but rather hatred and spending work time on personal phones and walking around. You are totally at the mercy of cruel individuals who serve themselves.
